They sold me the wrong memory initially but, so did BestBuy when I bought the computer. I bought a desktop and received laptop memory, so I think the model numbers must be very similar to have it happen twice. I don't usually use chat, because it is evening and I didn't think they would answer. Not only did they answer. but they sent the correct memory immediately and sent me a label to return the wrong one. Thanks Sam! I will definitely use again.
