I ordered 2x4GB RAM to upgrade my old HP ProBook 4510s. MemoryStock sent email to check that my PC used DDR2 memory. Some models of this PC use DDR3 memory. I confirmed the DDR2 memory and received my order in a few days by USPS Priority Mail. It was brand name Crucial RAM. I removed the old 4 GB RAM, installed the new 8 GB RAM and my PC booted up Windows 10 Pro no problem. Working great. Good price. Good product. Good service. Lifetime Warranty. I ordered a few 16GB Ram Sticks for an ASRock 970A-G/3.1. A couple of them tested bad and I connected with Sam G.I. He was very understanding of situation and also asked that I double-check some steps. Unfortunately, the sticks still tested bad and he immediately offered a replacement or refund. I live in the Midwest and received the replacements in a matter of days (not weeks). Throughout the whole experience, I did not feel upset or have any need to be angry thanks to the excellent communication that Sam provided. They sold me the wrong memory initially but, so did BestBuy when I bought the computer. I bought a desktop and received laptop memory, so I think the model numbers must be very similar to have it happen twice. I don't usually use chat, because it is evening and I didn't think they would answer. Not only did they answer. but they sent the correct memory immediately and sent me a label to return the wrong one. Thanks Sam! I will definitely use again.

I ordered memory from MemoryStock and did not work. The computer would not turn on with the new memory card. So, I got online and talked with Sam GI and he decided the stick was DOA, immediately sent a replacement, along with a shipping label to send the DOA stick back to them. I received the new stick today, it is working and working well. Sending the DOA via the label I received from them. I wish they sold more than just memory... maybe they do, I didn't check, but John, my technician, was the greatest!! He worked diligently to answer my questions via live chat and even email, when I couldn't understand why my RAM wasn't reading in my laptop.
